Just wanted to add my encouragement to Leslie's on nominations for SIG leadership positions. As we discussed at ELC, involvement in SIGs is one of the backbone activities for IAC, and playing a leadership role lets a person play a key role on identifying and prioritizing SIG activities, along with the SIG Government Advisory Panel (GAP). I've held several positions as a SIG member and find the information and exposure more than makes up for the additional responsibility.
